1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Defective Products

If the product you receive has any of the following issues, you may request a return in accordance with applicable Canadian laws, including the Competition Act and relevant provincial consumer protection legislation:

  • The product significantly differs from the seller’s description
  • The product does not meet the quality or performance claims stated in advertising or labeling
  • The product is not fit for a specific purpose you clearly communicated to the seller
  • The product has manufacturing defects, damage, or poor workmanship
  • The product is damaged during shipping

Processing timeline:

  • We will respond within 2 business days after receiving your request
  • The review will be completed within 3 business days after our response

Outcomes:

  • If confirmed defective: you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions
  • If evidence is insufficient: we will request additional documentation and restart the review upon receipt

You must ship the product back within 14 calendar days after receiving the return confirmation email.


1.2 Returns for Change of Mind

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer returns for non-defective reasons such as personal preference, size issues, or style dissatisfaction.

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request period: Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
  • Return shipping deadline: Ship the item within 14 days after receiving approval
  • Product condition: Item must be unused, in original condition, with no scratches, stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • Packaging & accessories: All original packaging, tags, manuals, and free gifts must be included and intact

Important:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

1.3 Non-Returnable / Non-Warranty Cases

The following are not considered defects or eligible for return under consumer protection laws:

  1. Pet-related damage
    Damage caused by pets (chewing, scratching, tearing, stepping, etc.), including surface scratches, cracks, deformation, stains, or holes
  2. Normal wear and tear
    Natural aging due to time or environment (e.g., fading, discoloration, minor wear, oxidation, rubber aging)
  3. User-caused damage
    Improper use, modification, cleaning, or intentional damage
  4. Legally exempt items
    • Customized products
    • Opened sealed items for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., certain pet care products)
    • Perishable or fragile goods
  5. Depreciation due to excessive use
    You are responsible for handling the product only to the extent necessary for inspection. Any loss in value caused by excessive use may be deducted from your refund

2. Return & Refund Process

2.1 Return Authorization

(1) Defective Product Returns

Please contact us via email and provide:

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect
  • Valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or order number)

(2) Change-of-Mind Returns

Approval is based on:

  • Unused condition
  • Complete original packaging
  • All accessories included

Additional notes:

  • All items (including gifts, points, or discounts) must be returned or adjusted accordingly
  • Returns may be rejected if items are damaged or incomplete
  • Partial refunds may be offered if agreed upon

Exchanges:

  • Same model will be prioritized

Estimated return shipping costs (reference only, before tax):

  • Eastern Canada → U.S.: approx. CAD $8–12 (0–5 lb)
  • Western Canada → U.S.: approx. CAD $10–15 (0–5 lb)

Important:
Do NOT return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may result in delays or loss, for which you may be responsible.


2.3 Inspection & Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected within 5 business days after arrival
  • You will be notified of the result via email on the same day

2.4 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be initiated on the next business day after approval
  • Refunds will be completed within 14 calendar days
  • Funds will be returned via the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
